Any issues with a product you can contact us and we will make things right. Should there be any defect with the product please get in touch with us via calling +84842747703 or via emai; firstname.lastname@example.org
We do not offer returns and refunds if you change your mind about a product. However, if a product is defective / broken will will repair, replace it or refund your money. We will cover the shipping costs. We will only accept refunds and exchanges within 30 days from date of purchase.
Please make sure you select the right size when choosing an item - we may let you exchange to a different size item of same value within 30 days of purchase, however any shipping fees are the purchasers responsibility. All returns and refunds will require a receipt / proof of purchase from Moonlust.
Custom items are not eligible for refund or exchange. We only will repair if damaged.
We require 2 weeks to process any refunds or exchanges.
We like our jewellery to shine - we are happy to polish any items purchased at Moonlust free of charge when you bring them into one of our stores. This is limited to 2 items per person per day.
